Yesterday was delicious.

Do Nothing For Two Minutes →
Here’s why this is great: it reminds you how long two minutes can be and how much we can all get done in our lives when it feels like time is constantly running out while at the same time, it is a darn good reminder to stop typing/thinking/talking/doing and just BE.
Take deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Refuse to spend any of your precious time being stressed....

Second week (Jan 9-Jan 15) of the new year did not disappoint. Here’s why:
